á       Lloyd is offering coaching services to a limited number of clients.

á       LloydŐs programs normally require a time commitment of 3-4 months, preferably longer.

á       Coaching programs are the best value and billed monthly. All-inclusive package includes consultation, training schedule, and weekly coaching. 

á       Consultation fee is applied to, and included with the purchase of a coaching program or training schedule

RunnerŐs Consultation and Assessment

 

Working with me begins with getting to know you as a runner and person. I use a special consultation process that best provides some details about your past training, if any, as well as your running goals. If I donŐt already know you as a runner, the process begins with a questionnaire that you complete. From your input, together we will construct your personal running program and training schedules.

 

The consultation process results in your personal baseline assessment that dictates where to start with a training plan.

 

If you donŐt know where to start with a running program, or canŐt decide if a coaching relationship is right for you, I can assist you to decide. I use a detailed questionnaire that is the basis for determining your current fitness and possible running goals.

 

Allow two weeks for the consultation process. 

 

á       RunnerŐs consultation:

o      RunnerŐs questionnaire

o      Initial interview (up to 30 minute meeting or phone call)

o      CoachŐs recommendations for the upcoming season and/or goal race(s.)         

o      Included with coaching programs

 

 

Coaching Programs (Best value – fees paid monthly)

 

Program includes:

á       Assessment and consultation process (RunnerŐs questionnaire and interview)

á       A personalized training schedule based on your goal(s)

á       Weekly coaching sessions (see below)

 

 

What you get with weekly coaching sessions:

 

á       Weekly training digest message from Coach Lloyd

á       Routine phone call at specified time and date

á       Continued email correspondence

á       Review of previous week and discussion of the upcoming week

á       Description and purpose of the next quality workout

 

 

 

Training Schedules

 

Lloyd produces a personal training plan designed for the runnerŐs goal event. Based on information gathered from the runner questionnaire and interview. For runners who do not want week-to-week coaching, only a personalized training schedule.                      

 

These training schedules are included with the monthly coaching programs.
